The most common problems and how to fix them yourself first.
Initial synchronization can take a few minutes for a large catalog. Check the status in Settings — if it says “partial,” retry synchronization manually; a very large store may need a second pass.
Marcus requires minimum history (30 orders, 60 days) per SKU before proposing anything — a new store or recently launched product may not have enough data yet. This is intentional, not a bug (see How Marcus Decides).
If approval fails, the displayed message always gives the exact reason (limit exceeded or rate limit reached) — never a raw technical error. Adjust your limits in Settings → Marcus Safety if needed.
The error identifies the missing column or problematic row. Required columns are SKU, quantity, and expiry date (batches) — everything else is optional.
