One click to approve, 60 seconds to change your mind.
Every action Marcus proposes shows its reasoning and quantified impact before you click “Approve.” If the amount exceeds your double-confirmation threshold (see Safety), a dialog asks you to retype the supplier name.
Once approved, the action does not execute immediately — it can be cancelled for 60 seconds, shown as a countdown. This is your “I clicked too quickly” window.
If you click twice quickly or reopen the app in another tab, the action can execute only once — the system atomically reserves it before acting, so one click never creates two purchase orders.
